🌿 Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Infections
- Herpes Simplex Encephalitis:
Treatment of life-threatening HSV encephalitis in both immunocompetent and immunocompromised patients.
- Neonatal Herpes Simplex Infections:
For the management of disseminated, central nervous system (CNS), or localized neonatal HSV infections.
- Severe Mucocutaneous HSV Infections:
For severe initial or recurrent mucocutaneous herpes infections in immunocompromised patients, including those with HIV/AIDS, malignancy, or undergoing chemotherapy.
🌿 Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) Infections
- Herpes Zoster (Shingles):
Treatment of disseminated or severe herpes zoster infections in immunocompromised individuals or hospitalized patients.
- Varicella (Chickenpox):
Management of serious varicella infections in immunocompromised patients when oral antivirals are not feasible.
