  Indicated for the management of primary genital herpes infections and for treating recurrent episodes in both immunocompetent and immunocompromised patients.
• Suppression of Recurrent Genital Herpes:
  For the chronic suppressive therapy of genital herpes to reduce the frequency of outbreaks and transmission risk.
• Treatment of Herpes Labialis (Cold Sores):
  Effective in managing recurrent cold sores caused by HSV-1 infection in immunocompetent individuals.

🌿 Herpes Zoster (Shingles)

• Indicated for the oral treatment of acute herpes zoster infections in immunocompetent and immunocompromised patients to reduce pain, promote lesion healing, and minimize complications like postherpetic neuralgia.

🌿 Varicella (Chickenpox)

• Treatment of Uncomplicated Chickenpox:
  Recommended for the treatment of primary varicella infections in at-risk patients such as adolescents, adults, or immunocompromised individuals, particularly when started early in the course of the illness.
